VISUAL |
Ciel is a short, petite British teenager. ( Ref 1, Ref 2. ) Short enough he typically wears a heel on a number of his shoes in order to make himself appear taller, since he only stands around 152 cm (5'0). Not only is he on the shorter side he's barely 36 kg (80 lbs) soaking wet, underweight despite the amount of sweets he consumes on a daily basis. His hair is a slate grey, somewhat blue in colour, fringe kept long to sort of keep the eyepatch he wears over his right eye less of a focal point. He does indeed have both his eyes, the visible left one being blue, while his right eye holds the contract seal he keeps with Sebastian, and is a pentagram marked with latin, which glows purple. So, it's obvious he likes to keep it hidden.

SPECIAL NOTES |
There's really no visible scarring on him besides the obvious eyepatch, his tailor even fawning over his clear skin and delicate features. However, Ciel was branded when he was 10 by his captors. It's a symbol on the middle of his back on the left side, over his ribs. Like his right eye, it's another thing he refuses to allow anyone to see.

FASHION |
As for his clothing, his style of dress is customary for Victorian time, his age, and his nobility status, filled with frills, ribbons and bows. Lavish or sharp numbers made by his tailor with no expense cut. Both of his ears are pierced and he wears dark blue studs in them. He also wears two rings: one on his left thumb and the other on his right middle finger. Fun fact Ciel doesn't pick out what he wears—that's actually Sebastian's job. On his own Ciel has a difficult time dressing himself he's so used to being dressed by another person. I mean, Ciel doesn't even bathe himself. Everything is done for him.

AURAL |
Personally I use his English VA when I think of how his voice sounds, which sounds like so in this clip, or this one here. Essentially he has a British accent that's a high class drawl, and he speaks like the pompous little shit he is. He also speaks French fluently, and knows Latin. While he can read German he can't speak it or verbally understand it very well.
